First and foremost, in Pennsylvania the pesticide business license number (BU) must be prominently displayed on all vehicles involved in the pesticide application phase of the business. The numbers must be at least 3 inches high, in a contrasting color, and placed on both sides of the vehicle in readily visible locations.
