A lot of first-time applicants believe that they will be receiving a sticker decal to their registered address, but this is not the case. Keep in mind that local sign shops will charge a ridiculous amount since they are normally busy.

 A few things to keep in mind when ordering your custom USDOT number decal,

• Your USDOT number must be at least 2 inches in height
• It must be on both sides of your commercial vehicle
• It must be visible from a distance of at least 50 feet
• It must contrast with the color of your vehicle
