Welcome to US Decals & Vinyls! We are the leaders in professional USDOT truck lettering!

2020 in finally behind us and we can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. 2021 is getting stricter when it comes to USDOT sign compliance and regulation. DOT officers are getting stricter in checking USDOT lettering compliance. They have been instructed to check for lettering size and visual contrast.

All USDOT & commercial regulations lettering must be at least 2 inches in height, no exceptions. If you have a larger truck, we always recommend displaying larger. If you have a dually truck we recommend 2.5 inch lettering. If you have a semi-truck,, we recommend at least 3 inch lettering for all of USDOT regulation decals.

Also, the color of the lettering must contrast and be clearly visible, this is going to be enforced more than ever due to non compliance.

Furthermore, USDOT signs that are written on pen and paper will be enforced another tier. If you are running and operating a professional transportation or any type of company that requires regulation numbers do not take shortcuts or it could cost you heavy fines and even be placed out of service if this offense continues to happen.

All of our products are proudly USDOT & state compliant. With our products, you’ll have the confidence of being USDOT compliant.
