CARB UVI (Unique Vessel Identifier) Label Sticker Decal Rules & Regulations
The California Air Resources Board requires vessels to display the UVI in specific regulations.
The UVI label must:
- Use a san serif font
- Be the 40” W x 10” H
- Be color lime green
- Font must be at least 5 inches in height and 2.5 inches in width.
- CARB UVI must be legible in daylight hours and remain legible for the entire duration of the vessel’s operation in RCW.
- Marking must be kept maintained and legible.
